What Nuru is
Nuru comes from Japan, where the word means slippery. The masseuse covers you both in a clear, odourless gel, traditionally made from nori seaweed, and slides over you with her body as much as with her hands. It is closer and more playful than an ordinary oil massage, and it takes a little preparation.
Preparing for a Nuru massage
- A shower before and after. The gel is meant to be rinsed off, so a large shower or a bathtub makes the session much easier.
- Space. Nuru is usually done on a waterproof surface, so ask the manager whether her place or your hotel room suits it better.
- Time. Allow an hour at least; rinsing off is part of it.
Price and availability
Only a small group of 13 escorts in our catalog offers Nuru, and most of them charge it as an extra of HK$ 450–650 on top of the hourly rate. Chinese and Indonesian masseuses appear most often. If no Nuru model is free, a skin-to-skin oil massage is the closest alternative, and the whole range of styles is on the erotic massage page.
